Shipping your package

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered with signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Express. Please contact us before choosing this delivery mode, as it entails additional costs. 

Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommand that you group all your items in just one order. We can't group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each. 

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Boxes sizes are appropried and your items are properly protected. 

Return of your products

If a product ordered from us was defective or did not entirely satisfy you, please contact us by mail.

Each returns must be approved in advance by our customer service. The returned product and its packaging must be in perfect condition.

Shipping costs will be at the charge of the customer and we process any return within 48 hours after its arrival.
